
Bacon-wrapped asparagus is an easy go-to for any occasion - it’s a delicious crowd pleaser, a great compliment to any spread and an impressive intro to people who are unsure about “eating healthy.”
Preheat oven to 400℉ / 204℃
Rinse asparagus, snap tough ends off, set aside
lay out bacon and slice in half lengthwise
wrap asparagus with half slice of bacon starting at the top and spiral wrapping down
sprinkle with choice of seasoning if desired
bake in oven at 400℉ / 204℃ for 20 minutes or until desired crispness is reached.
Try not to eat them all by yourself all in one sitting!
