This chocolate bark is a quick and simple way to make an impressive, paleo-friendly, clean and delicious treat to enjoy at home or take to a party or office event. Use your imagination to come up with delicious combinations of add-ins that you enjoy pairing with chocolate.
In this particular experiment I used cherries, black berries, blue berries, pistachios, macadamia nuts, toasted almonds, toasted coconut and pepitas (pumpkin seeds) and a generous dose of sea salt. A simple chocolate recipe using organic cacao butter and powder comes together easily to make a chocolate that rivals anything you can buy in the store at a fraction of the price! Drizzle that over your goodies and – voila! – chocolate bark.
